The employee said there is a bearing out on the right side and it is going to be replaced and they are currently using ice on the left hand side. There is no separation between the left and right hand side in the ice machine. (cos-flake and surrounding ice discarded)
  • Located at the ice cream machine, there was an opened container of ice cream mixture with no open date. The employee said the machine was cleaned on Thursday (2/6) and an opened bag of ice cream mixture was first placed in the machine that same day. (cos-date marked)
  • Located on the shelf below the food prep counter across from the three compartment sink, there were two dicers stored as clean with dried food debris on the blades. (corrected on site (cos)-dicers moved to the three compartment sink for washing)
  • Located below the left drain board of the three compartment sink, there was one live cockroach on the floor. The manager said they have been having an issue with cockroaches for about 2 months. They have a licensed pest control that has been coming out on a weekly visit to spray. Per employee, the last visit was on Saturday (2/8). The last invoice report provided was on (1/14).
  • Located across from the refrigerated prep table, there was a wiping cloth bucket that held sanitizer stored on a solid shelf above a box that held a sealed package of tortilla shells. No leakage present. (cos-sanitizer moved away from food items)
